Terms of Service

By accessing or using rewireyourbrand.com and the services provided by Automation Founders OS LLC, operating as Rewire Your Brand ("Rewire Your Brand", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, prospects and clients who access or use our services in any capacity.

We do not guarantee results. Nothing on this website, in the assessment, in the masterclass, in our free or paid resources, on a call or in a paid engagement is a promise that you will achieve a specific number of views, followers, leads, clients or sales, or any income at all.

• The client results shown on this website are real. They are examples and they are not typical, expected or guaranteed outcomes.
• Every result depends on the founder, the offer, the market and the work put in, and your results may be very different.
• You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and results.
• The only exception is a guarantee given to you in writing as part of a paid engagement, which applies on the exact terms written there and nothing beyond them.

Rewire Your Brand provides personal brand consulting for founders. Our offerings include:

• The Trust Layer Assessment, a free online assessment that scores your brand and emails you the result
• Free resources and the masterclass, which are educational material
• Digital products, which are paid resources delivered by email
• The Brand Hour, a one-time 60-minute strategy call
• The Trust Layer Sprint, a defined consulting engagement that builds a founder's Trust Layer with the founder and their team
• Ongoing monthly services, offered to clients after a Sprint

The specific details, deliverables and timeline of a paid engagement are confirmed with you before it begins and documented in your service agreement. Where a service agreement and these terms differ, the service agreement applies.

The assessment, your score, the blog, the masterclass and our resources are provided for educational purposes. They are general guidance about building a founder brand and are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

• Services are offered at the price shown to you at the time of purchase
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due in full before work begins, unless your service agreement says otherwise
• Ongoing monthly services are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Prices may change at any time for new purchases
• Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location

As a client of Rewire Your Brand, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information about you and your business
• Attend scheduled calls, or reschedule with reasonable notice
• Complete the work that is yours to complete, including creating and publishing content
• Pay all invoices on time
• Keep confidential any proprietary Rewire Your Brand materials, including any login access you are given
• Tell us promptly if you have a concern, so we have the chance to address it

• The Trust Layer Sprint is non-refundable once the first call has been held or work has begun.
• The Brand Hour is non-refundable once the call has been held. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.
• Ongoing monthly services are month to month. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@rewireyourbrand.com, and no refunds are issued for a month that has already started.
• Digital products are delivered by email right after purchase. If you have a problem with a purchase, email hello@rewireyourbrand.com and we will work it out with you.
• We reserve the right to suspend or end services immediately in the event of non-payment or a material breach of these terms.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, audience growth or sales.

• We are not responsible for decisions you make, content you publish or actions taken by the platforms you publish on, including changes to reach, features or account status.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services is limited to the total fees you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

All content on rewireyourbrand.com, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, page layouts and software, is the property of Automation Founders OS LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Rewire Your Brand name and The Trust Layer name are trademarks of Automation Founders OS LLC. You may use our materials inside your own business. You may not resell them, republish them as your own, or use them to build or sell a competing product without our prior written permission.

Content you create for your own brand belongs to you, including content you produce during a paid engagement.

Both Rewire Your Brand and our clients agree to treat as confidential any non-public, proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This includes business strategy, financial information, client data, pricing and internal processes.

We will not share your results, name or likeness as a case study or testimonial without your permission. Confidentiality obligations continue for two years after an engagement ends, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hello@rewireyourbrand.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue with you directly.

Courts. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Our website links to and relies on services we do not operate, including Cal.com, Stripe, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, and some links are partner links that may earn us a commission. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients by email. Your continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
