Data Deletion

When you comment a keyword on one of our Instagram posts or send us a direct message, our automated reply saves a small record so it can send you the link you asked for and does not send it twice. That record holds:

• Your Instagram user ID and username
• The comment or message that triggered the reply
• Which post you commented on, and when
• Whether the reply was sent

We do not receive your password, your email address or anything else from your Instagram account.

You can have this data deleted in either of two ways:

• Email hello@rewireyourbrand.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include your Instagram username.
• Send a direct message to @isaacdpersig on Instagram saying "delete my data".

We will delete every record tied to your Instagram account within 30 days and confirm by replying to you. If you also took the Trust Layer assessment, signed up for a masterclass or joined our email list, tell us the email address you used and we will delete those records at the same time.

You can also stop all messages from us at any time by blocking @isaacdpersig or by deleting the conversation in your Instagram inbox. This stops future messages, but it does not delete the records described above, so send us a request as well if you want those removed.
